If you are a couch potato that find every excuse in the book to avoid exercising, then be rest assured it will just a matter of time when there will be a large number of diseases knocking at your body door. If you are ashamed of exercising in public then here are some tips that will help you in becoming active without even making you realize the time you had spent exercising:

Spend some quality time with your family, wear your jogging shoes and join your kids for fun games like touch and go, hide and seek and feel the difference.

How about spending some time doing what you enjoy the most, for example say gardening. Remove your garden tool box and spend couple of hours in your backyard tending plants that will not only provide you much needed activity but will also act as a great stress buster.

How about joining a salsa or a hip hop class that will make you sway to the tunes of your favorite music and is really and excellent calorie burning exercise. Or simply put on your favorite music and gyrate to the tunes while completing your household chores.

Join a hike club or spend the glorious weekend going for river rafting trip which will be adventures, filled with fun and also provide you with much needed exercise.

Get moving, become active which will ultimately lead to fit and toned body.
