- oil, butter with margarine.

- Eat less meat, eggs and dairy products.

- Avoid pastries, fried foods and limit snacks.

- Expand the consumption of water-soluble fibers such as wheat, beans, fruit.

- Limit alcohol consumption.

- Expand fish consumption.

- Consumption of soybeans and their processed products such as soy milk and tempeh.

- Sports according to age and ability.

- Maintain a normal weight.
